Hello every one, here I’m looking for the details about How can I register my Vehicle under the Mumkin Scheme! Recently, the Government of Jammu & Kashmir granted financial assistance (Subsidized Commercial Vehicles) under the Mumkin - Livelihood Generation Scheme. And some of my friends want to avail the subsidy benefits of this scheme. So can anyone help me get my commercial vehicle registered and how can I download the full vehicle list in pdf format?
