The Union budget is further Divided into 2 parts;
Revenue Budget => It can be defined as a collection of revenue receipts of the government and expenditures met from these revenues. It also comprises interest and dividends on investments made by the government and fee receipts for other services rendered.
Capital Budget => Capital Budget can be defined as the government’s estimated receipts on long-term assets including infrastructure, defense, and investments in public sector enterprises. It also comprises the funds received by the government which are not part of the regular income sources.
