my land record’s language changed, how I get my land records in odia language ? I have downloaded & installed the odiya font in the portal, but I am not able to view the contents in Odiya. I have windows 8.1 pro operating system and explorer 11.0

After downloading the Odiya font it asked me to double click on ORBW-TTMuktaEN normal to install it. By doing so installing does not works. Can you pls help me ?

Under the LRC Online (Land Records Certificate) programme the Indian govt started to provide land records online through the computerization mode online in complete country. In favor of this the govt has issued a notification and GO (government order) for all the states in India that to provide online land records system. With the online land records system the land owners are getting benefits through using their internet and with few click and they can get the complete details of property.
The facility to check the property information in Odisha state known as the Bhulekh (bhu + abhilekh) which means written record of land. The NIC Team (national informatics center) of state has been made the online portal http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/ through which the land owners are able to get their ROR (records of right), complete khata khatian and plot information, online digital bhu-naksha (map) etc. The revenue department had uploaded all the data on the official portal.
The portal gives the ROR (rights of records) and other online land records information through the bhulekh.ori.nic.in page for three hundred ten (310) tehsil of Orissa state. Under the Orissa border there are total 317 tehsil and 2064 RIC comes for 30 total districts. On the website of Bhulekh Odisha the plot and khatian information has given for total 51210 villages. In these all villages citizens / farmers / land owners can get the ROR along with the computerized copy of their land nakal.
Citizens have given the facility to access in data of their property from anywhere through using the bhulekh.ori.nic.in website. Land owners who wants to check their fard, ROR or land records (Bhulekh) are able to visit on official portal and have to follow the below given steps to get the plot & khatian information:
How to check plot and khatian information in Orissa –
=> First visit to the official website of Bhulekh Odisha through http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/ link.=> After visiting on portal first download the Oria language font through which you can read all data on website.
=> Select your district / village / tehsil. In side section the login option also has given for the authorized person only.
=> Select the detail which you want to get as ROR view, general information or maps along with download application forms.
=> After clicking on the relevant section you have to follow the steps as mentioned on website for example mentioned bleow:
- To get the land details select ROR option
- Here you can get three other options to search
- With khatian number for which property
- With plot details to search with information
- Tenant information in third option.
After completing this process fill your village information and other additional details i.e. RI circle and after that click to the option of next. Citizens also has given the faculty to direct select their location on the map. Visit to the http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/ portal and get the plot and khatian information of Orissa now.
