My name is Nandakishore Naik. I am getting pension now and My GPF No is -0070834/PS. I am to say that as per my calculation my GPF final withdrawal should be Rs-152041/- but as per the controller of accounts odisha bhubaneswar the amount is Rs-96431/-. When i asked them for the details they are unable to show my GPF deduction details for the year of 2006,2007 and 2008 which is missing and the shortfall amount is occurring. Also it is already passed 5 years it is still not solved and my GPF money is not given to me. I have many times requested for the same to my BEO office khaprakhol. I got the gpf statement though e statement.But the DDO mentioning in the statement is Asst soil conservation officer instead of Headmistress govt.girls’ High School,Phulbani. so the H.M.requet you with letter for correction through special messanger.But till date it is not rectified. The GPF e-Statement facility was launched by the Principal Accountant General (AG) of Odisha. The service was introduced by Mr. Jugal Kishore who is working right now with the department as the post of Chief Secretary. More then three lakh (300000) Employees currently working with the Orissa government will be able to get the benefit of this service to get the online statement via using official portal of Home.
According to the AG Odisha rules and regulation the employees already has given the service to get their statement through the manual mode in which they are able to get it through the DDO. The annual statement providing facility online via the http://www.agodisha.gov.in/ is started by the govt. of Orissa. In order to give the facility of e-Statement the portal of Accountants General Orissa www.agodisha.gov.in has given all the option for employees. Through this portal you can download it via the annual mode. The employees can get the physical annual statement which they can use as the record.
The portal was made by the NIC team (national informatics center group) of state for which the Mr. Mohapatra has been appreciated their work. The Mohapatra is working as the post of Chief Secretary also in the AG department.
In the past time the system to provide the statement was given to the drawing disbursing officer (DDO) and he was responsible to give the duplicate copy due to the non receipt or for any other reason. To get the statement employee / subscriber has to approach their AG office through which the officer starts the process.
All kinds of facts with figures related to the gpf balance have been introduced by the govt through which they also can check their balance online. Employees are also able to get the service of mobile number registration via this they can get update month wise regarding to their balance of gpf status through SMS (short message service). The AG office of Orissa will provide this service to subscriber through sending notification. This facility will provide the benefits to monitor and track the fund status through using mobile phone.
The NIC Team (National Informatics Center) of Bhubaneswar Odisha has done all the process for security and privacy of each employee. The AG Orissa and NIC team made this success through the support of each other.
In upcoming time the Principal Accountant General (A & E) Office, Bhubaneswar, Odisha is going to launch mobile application. The phone app will help employees with more easy way through which they can access on their account any time from any where.
How to Get GPF Statement Online in Orissa
The website of agodisha.gov.in page has the option given to download online statement. See the below given step by step process to download it:
[@] First visit to the official website of Home and select the home page option of Get your GPF Statement.
[@] This option will redirect you in Home section login panel where employees will have to use the following information:
- GPF Ac Number (For example AVO012345)
- Account Password (Which selected by you at the registration time)
[@] After this click to the login option and visit to your profile, inside the portal employees can get the option to download their annual statement option.
[@] For new users the new registration option also has given by the ag Odisha for which you have to go in http://www.agodisha.gov.in/agodisha/…gistration.jsp page.
[@] On this page employees will need to enter following information as the mentioned below:
- GPF Account Number (provided by the department)
- Employee’s Date of Birth (as on recruitment document in date/month/year format)
- Current using 10 digit mobile number (to get notification in phone)
- Current using e-mail address (any one i.e. gmail, yahoo etc.)
- PAN / Income Tax Card number (as on the ITR)
[@] After filling the above given information enter the security code and in last click to the submit option. Now you can get the mail and phone text on which OTP will provided to make login.
In case you forget the password visit to http://www.agodisha.gov.in/agodisha/…t_Password.jsp webpage and enter your GPF Ac number, date of birth and e-mail address after that click submit option and get new pass for login.
How to Track GPF / Pension Account in Odisha
Through the above given process you can download the statement. The AG Odisha also gives the option to track your gpf or pension account through which employees can check the status of their fund. See the below given step by step process to check track your account.
