- Collect the application form your nearest Anganwadi Kendra. Mo Seba center, Block office or CSC.
- Fill up application form duly with all the required information.
- Submit the duly filled application form to Mo Seba Kendra of Nearest Common Service Center.
- Odisha state government is soon launching the Subhadra Mobile Application soon to make the application procedure easy of the beneficial women.
- After submitting your application form to CSC you will get the information on your registered mobile number which must be linked with your Aadhar Card.
