How to Download Intra Haryana e Salary Slip Online?

My name is Sukhpal Singh from Jhajjar, Haryana. I’m a state government employee and looking for how can I download my e-salary slip from the Intra Haryana Portal. In case I forget my password, how can I recover?

The Haryana Government has started Intra Haryana Portal for the convenience of its employees so that they can get all the solutions while sitting without facing any problems with basic information. To download the Haryana Employee Salary Slip (Monthly Payslip), follow the step-by-step process below;

  1. Go to the official website of the Intra Haryana or HRMS Haryana i.e. http://intrahry.gov.in/
  2. A home page will be shown on your screen, log in with your Id and password.
  3. Then click on the Employees Corner. A lot of service lists will appear.
  4. After that, click on Salary Slip 2024.
  5. After clicking on the Salary Slip, you have to select the year and month.
  6. Then, selected years and months of salary slips will appear on the screen.
  7. Click on the Download Salary Slip option to download Salary Slip 2024.

Steps to Download Haryana Employee GPF Slip 2024 at Intra Haryana

  • Visit the official website of Intra Haryana, ie- @intrahry.gov.in.
  • A home page will be open on the screen, here log in with your id and password.
  • After logging, you have to Click on Employee Corner on the main page.
  • After clicking that link, a list of options will appear. Now, click on the “GPF tab” in the Employees Corner section.
  • Once you have clicked on the GPF options, you will be redirected to a new page where you will be prompted to enter your GPF account number, and PIN number and click on the submit button.
  • After login the web page, select the year from the list which you want and click on the generate GPF slip button.
  • You select the year GPF will be shown on the screen, and click on the download button to save it.

How to Validate Service Book on Intra Haryana Portal?

  1. Firstly, You just have to Visit the official portal of Intra Haryana or HRMS Haryana.
  2. After coming to the home page of Intra Haryana, go to the login section and login with your user ID and password.
  3. Now you will come to its dashboard, here you will get an option Validate Service Book. You click here.
  4. After this, on the next page, you will see some options like; Status, Designation, Objection, etc. You select these options.
  5. Finally, click on the Take Action button at the bottom. Now you will get two options here, first object and second verify service book.
  6. Get all your information verified here. If all the details are correct, then you click on the Verify Service Book option.
  7. Thus now an OTP will be received on your registered mobile number, verify it. Thus your process is complete.
