Steps to Renew Online:
- Go to the renewal page linked above.
- Enter:
- Your Beneficiary ID
- UDID Number or Enrollment Number
- Date of Birth
- Select the current policy year
- Upload required documents:
- For BPL families: BPL card & address proof (if changed)
- For APL families: Income certificate, address proof, and fee payment proof
- Pay the renewal fee:
- ₹250 for BPL & lower income APL families (income up to ₹15,000/month)
- ₹500 for higher income APL families (above ₹15,000/month)
- Once submitted, your details will be verified and you’ll get confirmation. You can then download your renewed card.
