It provides cashless treatment in network hospitals for a wide range of medical conditions, including surgeries, therapies, and emergencies.
How to Submit EHS Application Online (Andhra Pradesh / Telangana)
Step-by-Step Guide for Online Submission:
1. Visit the Official EHS Portal
- For Andhra Pradesh: https://www.ehs.ap.gov.in
- For Telangana: https://ehs.telangana.gov.in
2. Login Using Your Employee/Pensioner ID
- Click on “Sign In” or “Login” under the Employee/Pensioner section
- Use your Employee ID / Treasury ID and password
- If you’re a first-time user, click on “Register” to create your account
3. Fill in the EHS Application Form
- Go to “Beneficiary Enrollment” or “Submit Application”
- Provide:
- Personal details (Name, Age, Gender, Department, Designation)
- Aadhaar number
- Contact information
- Family member details
4. Upload Required Documents
- Aadhaar Card (self and dependents)
- Employee ID / Pension Payment Order
- Passport-size photos
- Dependents’ birth certificate / ration card (as proof)
5. Submit and Download Acknowledgement

After Submission:
